Returns & Cancellation Policy

Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, or of receiving the disclosure document — whichever is later.

A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price of the product, or ₪100 — whichever is lower — may be charged, as permitted by law.

To be eligible for cancellation, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or shipped in error.

Pieces from the bandana and tie collections are made-to-order and custom-printed specifically for each customer. In line with the exceptions set out in the Consumer Protection Law, these items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.

In the case of a defect or a shipping error, we will of course replace the item or issue a full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation notice, in accordance with the law.
